⏱ When Will It Ship?

Handmade to order

Every piece is pressed by hand just for you, so please allow 3–5 working days before your order is dispatched. No mass-produced boxes gathering dust — yours is made fresh. Around busy festival season it can take a touch longer, and we’ll always keep you posted.

Then on its way

Once it leaves us it travels Royal Mail Tracked (2–3 working days), and you’ll get a tracking email the moment it’s dispatched. Need it for a specific festival date? Drop us a line before you order and we’ll do our best.

Garment Care

Your design is a premium heat-transfer print. Treat it kind and it’ll sparkle festival after festival.

Wash cool

Machine wash inside out at 30° on a gentle cycle, with similar colours.

🚫

No harsh stuff

No bleach, no fabric softener on the print, no dry cleaning — they break down the glitter finish.

Air dry

Do not tumble dry. Hang or lay flat to dry, away from direct heat.

♨️

Iron with care

Iron inside out only — never directly on the design. A cloth over the reverse is perfect.

Leave it 24 hours before the first wash to let the print fully cure. Looked after properly, your Feral Rats print is built to outlast the season ✦

Returns & Exchanges

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send unworn, unused items back to us — tags still on, please.

Wrong size? Send it back unworn and we’ll exchange it for the right fit, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

A Couple of Exceptions

Because personalised and custom-made pieces are created just for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they’re faulty. Everything else in the range is covered by our 30-day returns.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

So sorry! Email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we’ll sort a replacement or full refund — return postage on us.

⚖️ Your Legal Right to Cancel

On top of our 30-day goodwill returns, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel your order for any reason from the moment you place it until 14 days after the day you receive it — no explanation needed.

To cancel, just email hello@theferalrats.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. Once we receive them (or proof of return), we’ll refund you within 14 days, including standard delivery — return postage is yours to cover unless the item is faulty.

Please note: this cancellation right doesn’t apply to personalised or made-to-order items, which are made specially for you — unless they arrive faulty. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the UK only. International shipping is on its way — join the pack newsletter and you’ll be first to know when it lands.

Who pays for return postage?

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return postage is covered by you. If an item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, it’s on us.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are created especially for you, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty. Double-check your spelling and size before you order ✦

It’s a gift — can you hide the price?

Of course. Leave a note at checkout or email us and we’ll send it packaging-only, no prices anywhere.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched. Keep an eye on your junk folder just in case the glitter got there first.
