Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, Northern Ireland included. We can't ship overseas yet. If your address is outside the UK our checkout won't be able to take the order, and we're sorry about that. International shipping is on the list.
What it costs
UK Standard delivery, Royal Mail Tracked: £4.99
Free UK delivery on orders of £35 or more. It applies automatically at checkout, so there's no code to remember.
Feral Rat Club VIP members get free UK delivery on every order over £20
How long it takes
Everything is handmade to order, so there are two parts to the wait and we'd rather you saw both.
1. Making and dispatch: 3 to 5 working days. Every piece is pressed by hand once you've ordered. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.
2. Royal Mail Tracked delivery: 2 to 3 working days after we dispatch.
So from the moment you order, most UK parcels arrive within about 5 to 8 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and don't include bank holidays. Around festival season and Christmas the making stage can run a little longer, and we'll tell you if it does rather than leave you guessing.
You'll get a tracking email the moment your parcel leaves us. Do check your junk folder, just in case.
Need it for a particular date?
Email hello@theferalrats.com before you order with your date and what you're after, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it. We'd rather turn the order down than let you down at a festival gate.
Delays outside our control
Once your parcel is with Royal Mail it's in their hands. We can't be held responsible for courier delays, strikes or weather, but if something goes missing we'll chase it with you and sort it out.
Returns and cancellations
