Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and The Feral Rats when you shop with us. Nothing here takes away your legal rights.

1. About us & these terms
The Feral Rats (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK independent business. We trade as The Feral Rats, based at Unit 3, Factory 3, Valhalla Industrial Estate, Dobles Lane, Holsworthy, Devon, EX22 6HN. These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns.
2. Using our website
You may use our site for lawful, personal purposes. Please don’t misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy our content or designs without permission. We may update or withdraw the site at any time.
3. Our products
Everything is handmade and printed to order with a lot of glitter and love. Because of this, finishes can vary slightly piece to piece, and colours may look a little different on your screen than in real life — that’s the nature of a handmade product, not a fault. We do our best to describe and picture every item accurately.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received.
5. Your order & our contract
When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll send an order confirmation email — but a contract is only formed when we accept your order by dispatching it. If we can’t fulfil an order (for example, an item is unavailable or there’s a pricing error), we’ll let you know and refund any payment in full.
6. Personalised & made-to-order items
Personalised pieces are created especially for you, so please double-check your spelling, wording and size before ordering. Because they’re made to your specification, they can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they’re faulty or not as described.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the UK. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. These are estimates — we’ll always do our best, but we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
8. Returns, cancellations & refunds
For most items you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, plus our own goodwill 30-day returns window for unworn, unused items. Personalised and made-to-order items are excluded (unless faulty), and faulty or incorrect items are always put right. Full details, including how to start a return, are on our Shipping & Returns page. None of this affects your statutory rights.
9. Membership (Join the Pack & VIP)
Joining the free Pack is, and always will be, free. VIP membership is a paid, rolling subscription billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time and will keep your VIP perks until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We may adjust membership perks or pricing from time to time, and we’ll always give you notice of any material change.
10. Intellectual property
All of our designs, mascot artwork, logos, names and website content belong to The Feral Rats and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission. The Feral Rats characters are ours — please don’t set them loose elsewhere.
11. Our liability
We’ll always do right by you, and nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Events outside our control
We’re not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — for example extreme weather, postal strikes or supply issues. If something like this happens, we’ll contact you and sort out a fair solution.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
